Billing and Insurance

It is our policy to require payment for office visits on the day the service is performed. This allows us to reduce the expense of additional billing. To make payment more convenient for you, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Financing plans are available for laser vision correction and cosmetic plastic surgery.

If you have medical and/or vision care insurance please show the appropriate forms or cards to our receptionist. We will be happy to assist you with your insurance form questions. We will do all that is possible for you to receive the maximum reimbursement from your insurance company. Insurance plans vary and cover anywhere from zero to 100% of all costs. We realize that many people are in positions of financial hardship for various reasons. Please discuss your situation with us so we can make appropriate arrangements for you.
